1. WHAT THE PLAYJAMAS BRAND IS ABOUT
We want kids to have pajamas which are fun, encourage creativity, and are manufactured responsibly using great quality, soft organic cottons and dying processes.
Sure, we know these are just pajamas, but we want them to be the best pajamas kids can get. Inspiring dreams, comfortable to wear, and manufactured in a way that you can feel good about.

2. SHIPPING
We would like to ship Playjamas anywhere you would like them to go. However, some restrictions may apply. If, while placing your online order, you have any trouble with shipping options and availability, please feel free to contact us. Additionally, if you have special delivery instructions such as wanting the package left at your door by Canada Post, please feel free to contact us.
Shipping is done at cost, with no hidden mark-ups or fees charged by us.
For US and International Orders, we use Canada Post as our carrier. You can choose from a variety of rates. The shipping rates are calculated based on the country the items are going to and the weight of the item being shipped. If you are shipping to a country with no zip or postal code, put "0" in the zip/postal code slot. Please note that customers shipping to the US and International destinations will be responsible for any import duties.
We use Canada Post as our shipper for orders within Canada, too. You can choose from a variety of rates. Within Canada, rates are calculated based on the City the item is going to, and weight of the item being shipped.
After placing your order, we aim to ship the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email from Playjamas that your order has been received and then you will receive an email from Canada Post with a tracking number to confirm that your order has been shipped.
3. SIZING
Our pajamas are made with 100% organic cotton and are not treated with any fire retardant chemicals. For safety they are made to fit snuggly. Some of our customers recommend ordering one size up (as in, my almost 2 year old wears a size 3).

For maximum life of your pajamas, the manufacturer recommends washing inside out with similar colours in cold water, and laying flat to dry. I do put my Playjamas in the dryer and they come out in great shape, really lovely and soft.
5. PAYMENT
Online payments are processed through Paypal's secure online service. We have created our web site to provide our customers with a safe and secure shopping experience.
All currency is in Canadian dollars. When making a purchase of Playjamas outside of Canada, at the time of purchase you will have the choice to have Paypal process the conversion or your credit card provider.
Sales Tax - Playjamas is a registered Canadian Federal Corporation. Items shipped within Ontario are subject to HST/GST. Items shipped to the other provinces and territories are subject to their HST/GST. Items shipped outside of Canada are not subject to Canadian taxes. Please note that because of a point of sale rebate in some provinces on children’s clothing, customers making purchases from British Columbia, Ontario and Nova Scotia qualify for an automatic point of sale rebate on the provincial portion of the HST/GST.
6. RETURN POLICY
Playjamas would like you to be happy with your purchase. Period.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Playjamas, please return them, unwashed with original tags, in the original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. If you would like to exchange your returned item for an alternate size we will ship them to you at no charge to you. Please note, your shipping expenses for products returned to Playjamas are not refundable. Please use a method of shipping which may be tracked to facilitate a prompt refund or exchange.
7. MANUFACTURING AND DESIGN
Playjamas are designed in Canada and Manufactured in Turkey. Playjamas are manufactured using 100% organic cotton. All fabric dyes and graphic print dyes used are 100% organic vegetable based, and are Oeko-Tex Certified. Playjamas manufacturing is both SKAL and GOTS certified.
Certain Playjamas designs, specifically those with a dark printed image (e.g. red) on a dark fabric (e.g. grey), may initially have a rough texture due to the nature of the organic dying process in printing. The texture will soften after the first wash. Although the colour of dark organic dyes may also fade slightly after the initial wash, fading with future washes will be minimal.
